The challenge
Each location had different menus, different hours and different delivery zones. A single-menu platform would not work, and the kitchen needed orders to arrive in a format they could act on immediately.

What we did

Built a multi-location platform where each restaurant manages its own menu, hours and delivery zone from one admin.

Designed the order flow so tickets print or display in the kitchen the moment an order is placed, with modifiers and notes intact.

Integrated online payment so orders are confirmed on payment, reducing no-shows and manual reconciliation.

Added a manager dashboard showing sales by location, popular items and peak hours, so decisions use data rather than guesswork.

Outcome
One platform across all locations. Orders flow straight to the kitchen, managers see what is selling in real time, and the phone no longer rings during service.
