The challenge

A donation platform has to be trustworthy — donors give when they can see where the money goes, and a confusing or unprofessional giving page kills that trust instantly. The nonprofit also needed receipts without an accountant.

What we did

1. 01

   Designed the giving page around transparency: a clear breakdown of what each fund supports, with photos and updates from the programme.

   Built recurring giving so sponsors can set up a monthly donation and manage it themselves.

   Automated donor receipts, so every gift gets a proper acknowledgement without manual work.

   Added a donor dashboard for the nonprofit showing total raised, recurring vs one-time, and fund allocation.

Outcome

A giving platform donors trust. Recurring sponsors sign up in minutes, receipts go out automatically, and the nonprofit can show exactly where the money goes — which is what makes people give again.
