The challenge

A booking engine has to be right every time — a double booking is not a bug the customer forgives. The hotel also needed to manage rates and availability themselves, without technical help, because pricing changes with the season.

What we did

1. 01

   Built a booking engine with real-time availability, so a room can only be booked once and the calendar is always accurate.

   Designed a rate manager where the hotel sets seasonal prices and last-minute discounts from a simple admin, with no code involved.

   Integrated payment so bookings are confirmed on deposit, reducing no-shows and manual reconciliation.

4. 04

   Automated confirmation and reminder emails, so the guest has the details and the hotel stops sending them by hand.

Outcome

A booking engine the hotel runs itself. Availability is always accurate, rates change in minutes, and guests receive their confirmations without the front desk lifting a finger.
