Enterprise systems

Start with the data, notthe configuration.

ERP, CRM and commerce implementations that survive contact with real data and real users.

Most enterprise software projects fail in the gap between the demo and production. The demo works because someone curated the data; production fails because nobody planned for the eleven years of exceptions already sitting in the database.

We start with the data, not the configuration. Mapping and cleaning your existing records comes before any module is switched on, because that work is what determines whether the go-live succeeds. We implement in a staging environment that mirrors production, migrate in rehearsed phases with a tested rollback for each, and train the team who will actually use it — not just the team who will approve it.

We work with Odoo, Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify and WooCommerce, and we are candid when one of those is the wrong choice for your situation. Fewer platforms, deeply known, beat a long list superficially supported.

Platforms we implement

We are listed by depth rather than by logo wall. If a platform is not here, it is because we could not commit to doing it well — we would rather refer you to someone who could.

Odoo

Accredited partner

Our deepest ERP relationship. We implement, customise and integrate Odoo across manufacturing, distribution and services businesses.

  • Odoo Online
  • Manufacturing MRP
  • Purchase & Inventory

Microsoft Dynamics 365

Certified engineers

ERP and CRM for organisations already invested in the Microsoft stack, particularly where Power BI reporting is a hard requirement.

  • Finance & Operations
  • Dynamics CRM
  • Power BI

SAP Business One

Certified engineers

Mid-market ERP where a full SAP deployment would be disproportionate. Frequently a consolidation target.

  • Financials
  • Sales & Purchasing
  • Production Planning

Salesforce

Certified engineers

CRM implementation and integration where the sales process genuinely needs Salesforce rather than a lighter alternative.

  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • CPQ

HubSpot

Shipping against it weekly

Marketing and sales automation for teams outgrowing spreadsheets but not ready for a Salesforce programme.

  • Marketing Hub
  • Sales Hub
  • Custom objects

Shopify Plus

Shipping against it weekly

Headless and Plus commerce, usually wired into a custom fulfilment or ERP backbone.

  • Headless Hydrogen
  • Checkout extensibility
  • ERP sync

WooCommerce

Shipping against it weekly

Commerce where WordPress is already the right CMS and a heavyweight platform would be over-engineering.

  • Custom checkout
  • Performance
  • B2B pricing

Integration layers. We treat these as glue, not architecture — and we will tell you when a real service is warranted.

Which platform fits

The honest version of the comparison competitors bury in PDFs. There is no best platform — there is the one whose trade-offs match your situation.

The migration checklist

The same seven steps, in the same order, on every implementation. Skipping one is always the step that causes the go-live incident.

  1. 01

    Inventory every source

Every export, every spreadsheet, an honest record count. The number is always larger than the estimate.

  2. 02

    Deduplicate before migrating

8–15% of customer and supplier records are duplicates. Merge them first — post-migration merges break foreign keys.

  3. 03

    Set a cut-off policy

Decide what migrates and what stays read-only. Migrating eleven years of history buys eleven years of bad data.

  4. 04

    Mirror production in staging

Same volumes, same integrations. A migration that only works on sample data does not work.

  5. 05

    Rehearse twice, minimum

First run finds the discrepancies, second proves the fix. Each phase needs a tested rollback.

  6. 06

    Migrate in phases

Entity by entity with a rollback between each. Big-bang go-lives are how weekends disappear.

  7. 07

    Train the users

In staging, against migrated data. The team that uses the system gets the training, not just the team that approves it.

Consolidating four Odoo instances into one

Four acquired companies, four Odoo instances, one manufacturing group. We consolidated without stopping production.

  1. Audited all four instances and produced a single target data model, resolving the conflicts before any migration ran.
  2. Built a repeatable migration harness with dry-run reporting, so each rehearsal surfaced discrepancies before they hit production.
  3. Migrated entity by entity in four phases, with a tested rollback between each.
  4. Trained the four finance teams on one process rather than four dialects.

Outcome

The group now runs one instance, one chart of accounts and one set of KPIs. Month-end close dropped from eleven days to three.

Wiring Shopify to an Odoo backbone

A Shopify storefront whose stock counts were wrong roughly 40% of the time, and a warehouse paying the difference.

  1. Traced the discrepancy to three separate stock sources with no single authority.
  2. Made Odoo the source of truth for stock and pushed updates to Shopify through a thin, rate-limited sync service.
  3. Added a reconciliation job with alerting, so a drift does not quietly become a stockout.
  4. Handled partial fulfilment, returns and multi-warehouse transfers in the sync model.

Outcome

Stock accuracy is now within 0.4%, overselling has effectively stopped, and the reconciliation alert has caught three supplier errors before customers saw them.

Automating a month-end close that took nine days

A finance team spending most of their month on reconciliation. We fixed the process, not just the tooling.

  1. Shadowed the close and classified every manual step by frequency and risk.
  2. Found that 70% of effort went to reconciliations that a system should have done — upstream data was simply not being validated.
  3. Added validation at the point of entry so bad data cannot reach the reconciliation stage.
  4. Automated the remaining reconciliations with explicit exception handling, not optimistic logging.

Outcome

The close now takes two and a half days and needs no weekend work. Two junior roles moved onto work they found more interesting.

Questions we get about implementations.

01Do you implement enterprise systems or just advise on them?
Both, but implementation is most of what we do. Advice without implementation tends to produce a document nobody acts on. We are Odoo partners and certified in Dynamics 365, Salesforce and SAP Business One, and we implement all of them.
02Will you tell us not to buy something?
Regularly. A full ERP replacement is usually the wrong answer to a problem that a targeted integration solves for a tenth of the cost, and we would rather say so before you sign than after.
03How do you price enterprise work?
Fixed price after a two-week discovery. The discovery itself is the phase where scope becomes knowable — after it, you get a number you can hold us to rather than a rate card and an estimate.
04Can you take over a project that has already gone wrong?
Yes, and it is a meaningful part of what we do. We start by assessing what is salvageable, because the honest answer is often that less needs rebuilding than the previous vendor implied.

The data is usually the hard part, and it is the part most projects underestimate. Bring the messy reality and we will tell you what it actually takes.
